altmanDeputy Mayor for planning and economic development Andrew Altman will be leaving the Nutter Administration August 1. In his role as the mayor’s lead planning advisor, he helped restore the city’s planning commission to a position of prominence and led efforts to redevelop the Delaware Riverfront, reorganize the Commerce Department, and guide the casino development process in the city. Altman is headed to London where he will oversee Olympic Park development before and after the 2012 games.
