Amended Bill 090127 Approved by Committee

Bill 090127 was amended to require L&I to extend all zoning and use permits if requested and was unanimously approved by the Committee on Rules. The bill is expected to get final passage on Thursday, May 21, 2009.

Introduced on February 26, 2009 by Councilman Frank DiCicco, Bill 090127 would authorize the department of Licenses and Inspections to extend the expiration date of certain zoning and/or use registration permits. A hearing is scheduled in the Committee on Rules, Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 10 AM, Room 400, City Hall.
