Council Gives PCPC Control Over Plans of Development in the CED
City Council voted unanimously to approve Bill 090294, which gives the planning commission authority to approve plans of development in the Commercial Entertainment District.

PCPC Recommends Bill 090294 for Approval
PCPC recommended approval of Bill 090294, which would require planning commission approval only for all new plans of development and amendments to plans of development in the CED. A hearing is scheduled in the Committee on Rules, Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 1 PM in Room 400, City Hall.
