Bill to replace current zoning code is introduced into Council

Bill 110845 was introduced into City Council this morning to replace the current zoning code as per the Zoning Code Commission’s Final Report approved on November 9. Bill 110835 was also introduced, containing an amendment to the new zoning code that would make conditional approvals by L&I appealable to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. A hearing of the Committee of the Whole on both bills is scheduled for December 7 at 10 am.
