Fact sheets highlight why zoning reform is so important

The Zoning Code Commission was charged with drafting a new zoning code that reflects modern urban realities, treats everyone fairly and reasonably, and welcomes quality growth and development. The following fact sheets describe key changes in the draft code that was sent to City Council on May 11 and highlight how zoning can be good for neighborhoods and businesses and help to make the city more “green.”
