Permit applications-offers drop box, allows submissions pending stormwater review

Licenses and Inspections has decided to allow applicants to submit permit applications that are pending Water Department stormwater review
This will allow applicants the opportunity to submit an application and pursue a building permit without the need for PWD approval first, although, PWD approval is required prior to the issuance of the permit and it may require changes to the plan. This should reduce the application process review time by allowing concurrent reviews.
Licenses and Inspections is offering a drop off box for applicants who want to submit permit applications without having to wait in line.
