Phase I Next Steps: Best Practices Report and Discussion

ZCC Regular Session
At the June 10 ZCC meeting, consultants will present a report on best practices, covering approval procedures, sustainability, downtown zoning, form controls, parking, modular zoning, and web-based zoning. ZCC members will discuss the findings of the report at the July 8 meeting. Specific zoning recommendations, including a detailed outline of the structure and content of the new code are planned for release in September.
