Phase II RFP Soon to be Released

ZCC Regular Session
The ZCC Work Plan Committee prepared a draft RFP for the second phase of work on the new code. Requested services focus on three main areas of work: (1) administration procedures; (2) zoning districts and permitted uses; and (3) development standards. The RFP will require consultants to develop a comprehensive strategy for civic engagement and to assist the ZCC with code adoption and implementation. The ZCC hopes to release the RFP in April, select a consultant in June, and finalize a contract by September.
