The ZCC is requesting comments on the three draft documents by March 30, 2012. Visit http://www.zoningmatters.org to review and comment on draft Philadelphia City Planning Commission regulations to incorporate new zoning processes; the preliminary draft of the sign controls chapter for the new zoning code; and the draft Zoning Administrative Manual, which is a “how-to” guide on zoning processes.
