Visit www.zoningmatters.org to track changes to the draft zoning code. Recent publications include the Compilation of Public Comments, Urban Design Case Studies, and a handout explaining how the new code will support transit-oriented development in Center City. The ZCC will post a second full draft of the code with redlined changes the week of December 6.
