Current zoning maps searchable by address for every parcel of land in the City of Philadelphia are available at http://citymaps.phila.gov/zoningoverlay/.

The current zoning map will be revised to reflect changes recommended in the new Zoning Code and to update zoning based on the City Planning Commission’s citywide comprehensive plan (Philadelphia2035) and subsequent planning-district plans. A Draft Conversion Map is available at http://citymaps.phila.gov/ZoningOverlayConversion/, which will demonstrate how the new zoning code will affect your neighborhood.
